What is Vulcan?

Vulcan is a new system developed by GeoSim Technologies that ties together two major aspects.
The first is a custom, dynamic fire simulation system that reacts to wind, temperature, time and fuel types; complete with custom payloads, effectiveness and reactions.
The second aspect is a new custom system for connecting pilots to allow training of communication and co-ordination between fire crews, pilots and organisations.

The combination of these allow teams to practice for adverse conditions and simulate emergencies for scenarios that could be fatal under real world conditions.

The loss and damage of aircraft can be extremely expensive, but is nothing next to the value of a human life. This is why GeoSim has invested significant time and effort in developing the Vulcan Fire System and Vulcan Fire Training Centre concept to achieve better training and safer aerial fire-fighting.
